Returns Policy

Refunds or Replacements: 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Description of the issue 
  • Supporting evidence (e.g. photos, videos)
  • Tracking number

Our team will review your case and guide you through the return process.

Once we have reviewed the provided evidence and confirmed the issue, we will offer you two options:

  1. Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item, including any applicable shipping fees.
  2. Replacement: Alternatively, we can send you a replacement of your item ordered.
